Diane has 20+ years of experience in litigation, both Plaintiff and defense. Her professional focus is in personal injury and criminal matters. She worked for several years in Florida as a deputy court clerk for the criminal division at Miami-Dade Courthouse and acquired her certification in paralegal studies from the University of Miami. After moving to North Carolina, she has continued her career as a paralegal for over 15 years. She has a genuine compassionate nature toward our clients which she attributes to a strong legal background in workers compensation and having formerly been employed in a medical environment at the University of Arizona Medical Center. She is also fluent in the Spanish language. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, expressing her creativity in artwork and jewelry making, and has a great love of animals.
