My wife and I had an excellent experience working with Mark and Adam Melrose through one of the most challenging times of our lives. Part way through the construction of our retirement home here in the mountains we were forced to fire the builder for negligent and deceptive work. He retaliated by suing us and forcing us to go to trial. Melrose was not only able to prevent this builder from taking more of our money but was able to get a portion of the damages back from him, while somehow giving us the confidence to see this issue through to the end.
